Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gurey AI website at gurey-ai.vercel.app (the "Site") and any resources, downloads, or tools we make available through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Gurey AI, an AI automation consultancy founded by Abdullahi Ahmed ("Gurey AI", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at gureyai2006@gmail.com.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by overloading, probing, or scraping it in a way that harms performance;
- misuse our forms or chatbot to submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
3. Free workflows and resources
We provide certain n8n workflow templates and other resources free of charge. These are offered "as is", to help you learn and build. When you download and use them:
- You are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and testing them in your own environment before relying on them.
- You are responsible for the third-party accounts, API keys, and credentials you connect to them, and for any costs those third-party services charge.
- We do not guarantee that any template will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your specific purpose.
- You use them at your own risk, and Gurey AI is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from their use.
4. AI chatbot and generated content
The Site includes an AI chatbot and AI-powered demos. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Always verify important information independently. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the chatbot.
5. Consultations and services
Submitting a form or booking a call does not by itself create a contract for services. Any engagement to provide paid services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Gurey AI, which will set out scope, fees, and deliverables.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, branding, text, and graphics on the Site are owned by or licensed to Gurey AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal and business reference, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content without our permission. Free workflow templates may be used and modified for your own business use; they may not be resold or redistributed as your own product.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (such as n8n, Cal.com, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and all resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gurey AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or its resources. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Gurey AI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Gurey AI's place of operation. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
